Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide via our courier APC. This excludes NI and a handful of far out postcodes.

What time will my box arrive?

The boxes are sent on a next day service which guarantees delivery before 4pm.  We can’t specify an exact time for delivery though.

Do I need to be in to accept delivery?

No, we send all the boxes with a note for the courier advising they are perishable and must be left with a neighbour or in a safe place so feel free to go out and your cheesy parcel will be waiting when you get home!

When do you ship?

We ship weekly, all orders received by midnight Wednesday will be processed and shipped on Thursday so your goods arrive on Friday ready for the weekend.

Can you ship on a different day?

We’re currently operating with skeleton staff and minimal days due to lockdown so we will try and accommodate different days but this isn’t always possible, delivery Sunday-Wednesday is unavailable but drop us a message to ask if you’d like Thursday or Saturday.

When can I collect my order?

If you have a box for collection we have all orders ready to go from 12pm on the day of collection.  We’re open until 3pm for collections.

Do you have a veggie graze box?

We do! It’s not a separate product but all of our standard, mini and occasion grazers can be made totally vegetarian, just drop us a message in the notes that you don’t want any meat and the mice will sort this for you.

How long will my box last?

We advise that your cheesy goods should be consumed within 48 hours but if the cheese is kept well wrapped in the fridge it will be good to eat for much longer. But lets be honest…it ain’t lasting long when it tastes so good!

Can I add a gift message?

Yes!  If you’re sending a box to a loved one for a birthday, anniversary, moving in present, congrats you’ve had a baby and can eat the good cheeses again, or any other reason, then let us know what you’d like to say and we’ll pop a hand written note in there for you.

I want more than one box, do I have to pay shipping twice?

Because we ship the cheesy goodness in an insulated box, via a courier if you order two we ship them as individual orders and have to pay twice so the cost is unavoidable. You can save on shipping if you combine some of our products like cocktails and S’mores by purchasing our Boozy & Perfect Night In boxes.

Can I use my voucher?

Our website isn’t enabled to use the voucher codes as these are purchased through an external system, these systems don’t integrate. We are looking to update this in the future but for now vouchers are solely for use in the bar. All vouchers will be extended if they expired during lockdown.
